Enjoying...

this beautiful weather the past couple days...

You can't really tell from this picture but this was a major melt down moment....Sailor wanted a rock Grey had...

And this is still the rock pile by our house from our patio....(yeah it's still there)  Who knew a rock pile could be so much fun;)

We have finally made it to Spring Break!  Cheers and kisses to that!

a few weeks back...the house was quiet...just me and my girl...having breakfast with some morning reading...

water fun over the weekend...it was probably too cold for this...and i think two little kids took it upon themselves to get the hose out...

I don't think the world is ready for this yet...haha!  You should see when she presses on the pedal...she goes flying like a mad woman...

Grey was pretending the Pringles jar was a drum;) He had a pretty good beat going...

The 2 year old independence is 'a-brewin'(and has been)....she's SO determined to do things by herself...she was concentrating so hard on buckling her sandals...

I caught Grey laying in the yard and he told me "Mommy, I'm trying to get some sun."

We planted some trees in our yard over the weekend as well...we planted about 6...I'm hoping they grow fast:)

Grey has been bringing 'end of the year' things home this week...he couldn't wait to show me his journal....so the other night I made sure we both sat down and he had my undivided attention....

 i loved watching his face light up as he told me all about it...

And check this out...I finally found sister some cowboy boots...thanks to Old Navy.  I've been looking for a pair for a little bit.  She already LOVES them and doesn't want to take them off.  I might have to start adding more red to her wardrobe...

An Irish Celebration...

Last weekend we joined in on the St. Patrick's Day festivities that were going on around town.  We started our Saturday with a parade.

Sailor was home sleeping so Nate stayed home with her....

after the parade we headed over to Dee Dee's for a little St. Patrick's Day party...we had corned beef and cabbage, carrots, potatoes and of course some fun green desserts;)

I bought this dress a long time ago before I had kids (i found it on ebay).....It was for one of my good friends and when her girls grew out of it she gave it back to me for Sailor....i thought that was really nice...

And Sunday morning we had a surprise visit from 'Lucky' the leprechaun...

 NOT a real puppy....but this one dances and shakes its booty;)

Lucky also left us a trail of green and gold coins and some candy to pick up...

And right now I am starting to freak out because we leave for Hawaii FRIDAY....I can't believe it's already here!!!  I have started to pack and I'm a little overwhelmed but so excited.  I just hope my kids do alright on the LONNNNNGGGGG flight.  Say a prayer for us...Thanks!
