34 weeks along, my 2 year old, and the ice cream truck

Here's a few of the pregnant mama this week.

How far along?  34 weeks

Baby size?  size of a cantaloupe

Sleep?  Still up A LOT

Best moment this week?  Just knowing it's getting closer and closer and all the COMPLETE somersaults going on in my belly

Food Cravings?  None really...Although last night (monday) i was craving the Pizza House and so I made my boys take me there...garlic bread with cheese--yummmm!

What I miss at this point?  Nothing really - maybe being able to bend over and paint my toes - do you think Nate will do it for me???  ha! (I'll let you know how that one turns out)

Gender?  NOPE, but I can't wait to find out!!!!  But as a teacher friend told me this week if it's not a girl you know it's a boy-ha!

Pregnancy Symptoms?  HEARTBURN...

Milestones?  Once you've reached 34 weeks a lot of the problems associated with preemies goes away that is according to BabyCenter.com

In other pregnancy news I can't believe I'm due next month - OMG!!!
It's kinda like the time has come and let me tell you I'm feeling some anxiety about it ALL!

And my 2 year old or should I say my 2 1/2 year old...well, my heart EXPLODES for this little boy....

And look what came down our street today ringin' its bells and playing that sweet music - the ice cream truck!  A KID summer staple!

I love that the ice cream truck still comes around and all the little kids run to get to it...it's good ol' fashion summer fun...

Livy picked just the right one...

while Grey just couldn't decide...

But ended up with a batman treat - good choice!  He had a nice little treat after he ate his supper!

Fun Fair!

Saturday the hospital was putting on a fun fair for the kiddos so we headed on over.  The biggest hit for us was the animal farm.  Grey really wouldn't touch anything, but Livy and Mary were all about it.

Grey was good at looking at everything...

up close and personal with the ferret

Liv could have stayed at the animal farm ALL day

Mary with the turtle

Grey played a few games...

and he got to pick just the right duck to get a sucker....Mommy said an apple blow pop....but he decided on a tootsie roll pop...

And these are just a few pics from the week...Grey gettin' down and dirty with his tools.

and these people have been pretty BIG in our house....The easter bunny brought these in Grey's basket and every morning we have to drop a capsule in the sink and see what we get and then he adds them to his plastic baggy...We only have 4 left...he only gets to do one every morning...lol!  We will definitely have to get him some more.  They are a hit for now!

And now I'm ready to get this week going.  Once May hits we officially start a countdown until Summer Break and my Summer "Break" will be EXCEPTIONALLY long this time around;)  So thanks Baby Ernat...I will get to be home with my two babies for quite a while...

Happy May Day!  Hope you gave someone flowers!

A worm on a hook

a tackle box full of "stuff", a couple fishing poles, and some snacks beers can only mean one thing - some time spent at the lake.  Okay okay I did bring snacks for the kids and NO beer for me ;)

Yesterday after work, it was the perfect day for Baker's Lake.  It was 63 degrees, bright blue skies, and the sun was shining perfectly giving the lake just the right glow.  Ohhhh, the sun felt so good on my face.......I love it!  Too much...

This was the crew heading to just the right spot, while the "photographer" stayed back to get some pics...It doesn't look like it from this shot, but there were a lot of people walking and biking around the lake.

Mo and Shmo gettin' down and dirty about their fishing

Nate always gets them started, but then it's war from there...hah!  If they catch one they reel it in like crazy.  It's amazing the fish make it back into the water.

Like I said Nate gets him started and then it's...."I do it!!!"

Livy caught the first one...

but we quickly put it back in the lake

the proud daddy doing what he loves to do

I'm telling you the sun was at just the right angle and made for some really great shots for me.  Everything looked so bright and green.

Look at the form on Grey...lol!  As he's ready to throw the whole pole in...

The girl loves this kind of stuff...(not me) and doesn't think twice about pickin' up a worm...

Grey tried real hard at the lake yesterday

and Livy caught another one.  We had some pretty good luck with catching fish.

But once again, we let it go....
It was the perfect spring day....and we even caught an airplane flying by

but it was soon back to looking for worms

See, he wasn't afraid to pick them up either

I wanna remember these days....

Pregnant mama (28 weeks) helping with the fish

Now, this fish barely made it back into the lake, because Greyson was swinging it every which way...poor fishy...Never in the hands of a 2 year old lol!

Livy took a pic for us.....not too bad.

Trying to catch just one more.

While the dudes just ran around....he could have cared less about fishing....

Oh and pregnant mama because I'm cool like that...and because I wanted to play with my camera

And I debated posting this one.....can you say close up for the pregnant mama!?  Maybe a little too close but eh.....what the heck!  (I decided not to edit either)

and this one, well she's always ready for a close up...pretty girl...

And so we played a little more and our lake fun came to an end...

Grey couldn't even open his eyes....

We ended the night with a little mexican and a little bohemia beer for Nate!

Gotta love Spring.
