It's Sunday evening...finished supper....finished baths....now a little relaxing before bed...And I still have to go through all the Hawaii pictures...haven't tackled that one yet...

Just some pics that I wasn't going to post because they didn't turn out that great....but then I thought - no I want to remember ALL OF IT!  So, here are just some of my kids and I...

Time for the Pool!

We're kickin' this weekend off right...

We have our sweet lil' Jayne girl home this weekend so ALL the cousins can have some fun!  They love to play with eachother!

 So, today we headed over to my parents neighbors house.  After all sunscreen was applied, swimsuits put on, floaties put on, goggles put on, etc etc......we were able to get in the pool - ha!  

Sailor just isn't a fan yet...so she was maybe in for 10-20 minutes and then wanted out...so we stuck her in the shade and she was good to go...she liked just watching...

Greyson jumped in the pool like no time had passed...he was off the board, jumping off the side, and jumping onto the floats laying in the water...he's such a good little swimmer...I'm so proud of him!

A Night of Planting

So, last night ALL four of us went to buy flowers.  I was gonna head out by myself, but then Nate got home and the kids had just gotten up from their naps, so what the heck - why not make it a family affair?!

And just like with every outing the first thing I do is put my camera in the car. Oh yeah the heck with the diaper bag or sippy cups or anything else...if my kids (Sailor) crap their pants - oh well - ha!  just kidding -sort of, but as long as I have my camera - it's all good.

So, it was off to buy flowers like we do every Spring.

Nate does a little garden every year.  This time he went with tomatoes, zucchini, and some peppers.

and some of us thought it would be more fun to play hide-n-seek instead of picking out flowers -good thing there weren't many people there;)

This Tootie always has to be grabbing at something...

But then Tootie started grabbing at all the little card thingys and throwing them - woops...it was time to go! ;)

Stinker!

So we sealed the deal with a big ol' bag of manure...and we were on our way...

And when we arrived back at home, we went right to work...

and in between we ordered a little Mexican and ate outside...classy right?!  I threw away all our outdoor chairs last year because they were all rusty and we still need to get new ones...another thing on my 'to-do' list...

Seriously, my baby girl either needs to crawl or just walk - the butt scooting is killing me....

Sister was all about the miracle grow...let's just hope it works:)

and to end the night Grey and I watered...he's a wonderful little helper...

So there you have it...my flowers are planted...(Nate didn't get around to planting his garden yet)

Now if they grow - it will be even better;)  It will be Grey's special job every night to water our stuff...

Tomorrow Nate and Grey are in a fishing tournament...this outta be good;)

It was a Perfect Day

for a picnic right in our very own backyard.

 So I hooked us up with a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches, warmed up some green beans, and poored us a community cup of water;) and we called it a picnik day!

This weather has been GORGEOUS!!

We had so many on-lookers...with it being so nice outside there were a lot of people out and about...so we just ate our lunch and waved hi to everyone we saw...

So many smiles came our way...


I might have burned Grey's sandwich just a bit..woooops...he didn't seem to mind;) - that's my boy...

Sister needed a little help...

Then the mail man came around...you would have thought he was bringing Sailor presents the way she was watching him...

Our community bunny cup of water worked out pretty good...everyone was happy with it-ha!

Then we moved onto rocks and dirt

and in between Greyson would ask me questions such as - "why did you and daddy name me Greyson?" or "why can Sailor Bailor only have little bites and I take big bites?" and "was Sailor in your tummy to just like me?"  This little boy of mine is very inquisitive...let me tell you!

oh but i LOVE our conversations...

and this one was fine as long as she had her rock...it's funny how different their personalities are already...I say Greyson is my worrier and Sailor could care less - haha!

These are the days...that's for sure:)

Soon after this Greyson yelled "SNAKE" and we all went inside...it was nap time...

(Grey told me he saw a snake in our yard and it was moving.  I believe him because he kind of got scared.  We tried to find it, but had no luck.)
