Our 4th of July Weekend...

We enjoyed a family reunion, fireworks, a couple parties, and of course good friends!  We may or may not have had a visit from a police man at the party telling our group we couldn't light any more fireworks off. ;-)  (what the heck - it was the 4th of July)

We ended the weekend on Sunday with the drive in!  Sailor maybe lasted the first 15 minutes of the movie and then was drooling out like a light.

These would be Grey's cousins- Nate on the left and Porter on the right....they were home from California for the reunion.  I was so proud of Grey because he was so good to these little boys and they loved him.

Papa Davey tied a swing to the tree and the kids had a blast with it....

Dee Dee bought this antique rocking horse at a sale over the weekend...We were makin' deals;-)

Saturday morning....my parents brought these two with them to a 4th of July mass at church....they both needed it -haha!

It's the middle of the week - only 2 more days to go!  Happy Wednesday Folks!

Our Fourth

was spent with friends and family sitting poolside with wonderful food and plenty of cocktails to go around;)  I'm thankful to share these family traditions with my children and you know we are always up for a good party - and a good party it was....one of those days where I didn't hear from Grey because he was too busy swimming with his buddies and having such a good time - I just kept glancing at him every so often because now he thinks he's a big wig in the pool without floaties...Sailie is a different story;)

We packed coolers and everyone brought a dish to pass.....cranked up the music....and we were good to go...good ol' fashion 4th of July picnic...
