Tonight looked like this...

It started with a Mug shot...

Sister thoroughly enjoyed her ice cream cone...

 (her new little 'S' bracelet...the girl accessorizes every morning before we leave for the day)


while Grey found just the right spot to sneak up on his sister...

 she tried to get away from the squirt gun...BUT, he got her...

she quickly snapped out of it ;-)

Shortly after this the squirt gun was empty - so I took the hose to both of them - haha!


The major excitement of our day was registering Grey for his 2nd year of preschool.  Sailor watched with wide OPEN eyes.  We then headed to Target because I had a $3 coupon off the bookbags there ;-)  Grey picked out his brand new Spiderman backpack....he's good to go.  Sister proceeded to pick out a Dora backpack and had a MAJOR fit in the isle when I told her she was not getting one today.  And, I'm not very proud of this, but I caved and led her back to the dollar isle and let her pick something out there.

Summer is quickly coming to an end for us.  Where did it go?!
