Yes, Pictures...

I have not been on my computer in a week people...... A WHOLE WEEK!  I mean thank goodness I have the iphone, but other than that I have felt like this.....

I have been a little stressed with oh you know...work, home, wife, MOM....you name it.....I always have a rough time with the transition from summer to work.....but I will get through it somehow or another.  We have been busy around here with work, school for Grey and everything else.  I am looking forward to fall and Grey's birthday party, which is all in the making here.  I finally sat down today after folding all the laundry and thought I needed to blog since it's been a week.  I had over 500 pictures on my camera waiting to be downloaded, so that's what I did.

We left off with Aunt Georgia, Jayne, and Uncle Adam being home.  And I'll bet you'll never guess what we did while they were home aside from spending family time together and going out to eat?  We took pictures....lots of pictures.....Are you surprised yet?!  Anyway here are some that I have so far of my niece Jayne, but I don't have time today to go through them all so I am just posting these.  She's such a cutie and we had lots of fun with her.

This past weekend when they were home we had put the kiddos down for a nap and then Georgia and I headed out to find the perfect spots to take pictures.  We drove everywhere looking for cool old doors or some cool looking steps.  You name it we were there looking, so we came across some pretty cool spots.  But, then that evening when we were out and about ready to take our photos, the "guys" were going a little crazy to say the least.  Hey, we take our photo shoots very seriously around here.

My one and only little stud muffin....

Stay tuned...I have lots more pictures to share with you!

Girls Night Out

Tuesday night we left the kiddos at home with their dads and us mommas headed out for a bit.  But not just out for anything, we celebrated Camron's birthday who has been my lifelong friend through thick and thin since forever ago!  We started the night at Mi Margarita.  And, let's just say 2 tacos later and 2 margarita's later I was good to go ;)  Camron and I are a week apart so I guess we are headed on this "29 year mark" together!  After Mi Margarita we headed back to Camron's mom's house for a little cake, and not just any cake, it was a Linda Kelsey cake!  Can I just say.....yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm:)

The delicious cake up close for you

Camron's little girls joined the party too for some cake and presents of course

Camron and her oldest one....Miss Mack......Miss Mack went with some pajamas for her mama....always a good choice

And not just any pajamas.....but Up All Night kinda pajamas.....Little Miss Mack knows how to party already!

And a party is not complete without some balloons to show for it

A Park Kinda Day

My mom decided to take on a project at my grandmas house with the help of her lovely sister....my Aunt Amy!  So, while they painted and painted and painted, I took the kiddos to the park.  It was just a park kinda day I guess.

Where we walked and held hands all the way...

where the sun was warm and we could feel the sand between our toes...

where little boys tried to climb up on toys and had lots of help

where, of course the swings were in order...

and there is always someone there to help along the way with those swings

and then there were the monkey bars......those darn monkey bars that for the most part are tricky for little kids.  Believe me, I see it everyday on the playground at school.  They want to climb those monkey bars so bad, but they are just not ready for it yet.

But nonetheless, you must give them a try....

and take sand breaks in between

and then back to the monkey bars

hold on tight

those girly nails were sure chippin' after digging in the sand but she didn't care...

and Grey had some fun in the sand himself

and of course so did Liv...can't you tell?!

and then back to the slide

and then we found the big WASHINGTON rock where they looked and "tried" to read what it said

and they looked for bugs

and this time they went digging in some dirt.

A park kinda day indeed!
