Look how they've grown...

Both of them...really!!!

Back in May I planted my flowers just like I always do! Now, I am definitely not a gardener by any means. My mom aka granny Ann on the other hand absolutely loves loves loves her flowers. It is definitely one of her passions. But, me, not so much. I have a front flat that I have to fill every year but other than that I don't do much else. However, I do like to play around with it every year. Every year that we have lived at our house I plant something different. I like to switch it up and every time I plant something it does really take off like crazy...I mean crazy. So this year I planted some sweet potato plant for accents and such because my mom always plants them and I love how they look.
I must also give credit to Greyson because throughout the summer the two of us would water my flowers together and say good morning to them. Granny Ann says it's good to talk to your flowers!!! So we would tell them good morning, water them, occasionally with miracle grow and then we'd go about our day. Here are some pics of what they looked like in May when I planted them and what Grey looked like in May. Funny to compare and see what has come a lonnnnnggggg way! lol!
This was back in May...

We had Grey in the pack-n-play so he could watch us....

Here they are now....see they took off like crazy...

And here's Grey now....helping of course with the water can...Daddy happened to have a slight migraine yesterday so Grey and I watered the flowers and played outside a bit while daddy napped...

Glad to see they are both THRIVING like CRAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZY!
*Sidenote*I would just like to add that we went to church yesterday (4:00) and Grey made it through. It was only 45 min. long and it worked for him. We may have finally found a time for Church that we can go and STAY the whole time for a change. We go on Sunday mornings and it just doesn't work for Grey!
