The Lion, The Witch, and Bob Marley

Hey it worked for the three of us and Grey's 1st Halloween was a lot of fun!

Greyson...On your first Halloween we all dressed up as a family....You had a little cold so I was a little worried to take you to the mall or around the neighborhood in the cold to go trick-or-treating...I am a little bit of a germ-a-phobe especially right now, so instead we made some fun pit-stops on Halloween night...
  • The first one was to grammy Ann's and papa Mikes where they had a treat bag all ready for you...we also got to see Uncle Alex and his buddies all dressed up and ready to go out...
  • The second stop was to grammy Joyces and grandpa Hank's...you went right in by your toys that were there and grammy Joyce had $5 waiting for you for your piggy bank
  • And the third and last stop was to grammy deb's and papa Davey's and they are still trying to get their new house in order but papa Davey was preparing your Chili for your birthday party (which was the next day) and you did help him A LOT in the kitchen that is AFTER we took you out of your lion costume!
This was earlier in the day On Halloween. You will soon learn that your Papa Mike LOVES halloween just like your mommy. He has lots and lots of these masks that he likes to put on. But you weren't scared. NOt one bit. In fact, the first thing you did when you saw this ugly old man was go to kiss his nose. You are quite the kisser these days.

You knew it was just Papa Mike bein' silly...

Then it was play time with Uncle Alex which we always LOVE

Here was mask #2...the devil....this one you just kept grabbing at...

Here's the crew we had on HAlloween night...
The lion, the Witch, Bob Marley, and "some" old man

And this one again

This was grammy ann and she was quite the hostess for HAlloween...She got to answer her door this year with some REALLY REALLY cute lion at her side...

Uncle Alex and his buddies before they left to hit the bars on Halloween

This was at Grammy Deb's and papa Davey's house...By this time Grey, you were soooooo ready to get out of your costume. And your mom and dad were smart and put your jammies underneath your costume as you can see...

And a little "cheers" to our first Halloween! The witch hat came off...the Bob Marley wig came off...and our little lion was pooped! Gotta love Halloween!

"On Halloween
the thing you must do
Is pretend that nothing can frighten you
And if something scares you
and you want to run
Just let on like
it's Halloween fun."
